Hi, I’m the lead presenter of my radio show, “Finally Friday,” co-host of The Save Files with Caden and also an art teacher at IPL. Finally Fridays is a chill and fun show where I dive into spontaneous topics, share fun facts, and even play games live on air. I’ve been part of the IPL community for five years. I began as a co-host for a show, and one day had the motivation to start my own. I was inspired by a school friend to join a radio show, sparking my interest in pursuing something new.
Hosting my radio gives a creative outlet to share my favourite music, ranging from Western pop to anime. Being on air challenges me to step outside my comfort zone and has become an important part of how I can overcome difficulties, navigate life, and connect with others. Each episode of Finally Fridays features something new – whether it’s sharing quirky facts, chatting about weekend plans, or curating playlists of unexpected tunes, including pop, classical, and anime music.
The energy is light-hearted, and the goal is always to bring a little joy to listeners’ Fridays
My interests and hobbies
In my free time, I love expressing myself through art. I liked all the creative things to do with murals, painting, graphics, gaming, and baking (I’d say the easiest thing to bake is a cheesecake). I’m also an avid gamer and spend a lot of time caring for my many puppies- they’re my source of comfort and happiness in my life.
Reflection of my journey with IPL
Originally, starting as a co-host, I soon found the confidence to launch Finally Friday. It originally was broadcast every Wednesday and Friday, but feedback from listeners led me to focus solely on Fridays, which turned out to be a hit. What began as a solo effort gradually evolved into something bigger, with guest appearances and a growing audience. It has been an amazing journey of discovery and connection.
