Mental Health First Aid · Perth WA
Be the person who knows what to do.
Nationally accredited Mental Health First Aid courses, run at our Rockingham office or on site at your workplace, in partnership with Passionate Lives.

Why it matters
1 in 5 Australians face a mental health challenge every year.
When someone cuts their hand, we know how to help. But what about when a colleague, friend or family member is struggling with anxiety, depression or a crisis? That is where Mental Health First Aid makes all the difference.
Our courses give you the confidence, knowledge and practical tools to:
- Recognise the early warning signs of common mental health problems
- Start a conversation about mental health and provide initial support
- Guide people toward the right professional help
- Build a safer, mentally healthy workplace with a team of MHFAiders
